Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) – Technology and Applications

This 2-day training course will provide delegates with a good understanding of the market for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services and the technologies that will be used to realise these services.

The course introduces the concepts of VoIP, explores the drivers for the introduction of this technology and examines some of the current VoIP services.
